Our services are suitable for both individuals with Learning Disabilities or Physical Disabilities and also the elderly (including: autism, long term conditions, individuals transitioning from children’s services, individual’s with sensory impairments, housekeeping, companionship and meaningful activities). We are able to provide a specific home care plan for individuals who face these challenges.
We work closely with an individual (including relatives) and with the relevant medical and social agencies in a detailed co-production to gain the best possible understanding of the service required - and so deliver the best possible support and personal outcomes.

Managed Accounts
We can also provide an expert financial service to individuals for the management of their personal budgets, which includes financial planning, budgeting and bill management.
We will open an account specifically for your personal budget and organise all your direct payments for you, with frequent updates and monthly statements.
“The support I receive from Lynx enables me to do my job without the stress and worry of getting other colleagues or students to do things for me. The friendly support workers help me get from classroom to classroom, carrying my bags and teaching resources and opening doors, help to set up the classroom so that I can move between the tables, help within the classroom by handing out and collecting in resources and on occasion help with some minor personal care.
